Our Process

  • Full Documentation & Assessment We survey existing terra‑cotta units, identify failures, and document profiles, dimensions, and ornamentation to ensure accurate reconstruction.

  • Careful Dismantling Damaged or unstable parapet sections are removed piece by piece to protect salvageable units and prevent further deterioration.

  • Structural Rebuild We reconstruct the parapet’s backing system — including concrete, masonry, or steel supports — to meet modern safety standards while maintaining historic proportions.

  • Unit Restoration & Replication Original terra‑cotta pieces are repaired when possible. When replacement is required, we produce custom replicas that match the original color, glaze, and texture.

  • Anchoring & Waterproofing New stainless‑steel anchorage systems and modern waterproofing membranes are installed to prevent future moisture intrusion and corrosion.
